Personal
and group training – all fitness levels welcome.
Whether
your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, feel fitter or simply stay in shape
to feel confident in your own skin, then come and train with Bondi Bum!
All
sessions are outdoor – one-on-one, two-on-one or group training. Sessions are
fun, high energy and will have you achieving your goals in no time.
With no
session the same as the next, you’ll get a mix of cardio and resistance work
outs, goal-specific, challenging and achievable.
Bondi Bum
also offers nutritional and lifestyle advice, personalised for you – to achieve
the best results we need to work with fitness and a healthy lifestyle together.

Bondi Bum
is now also certified to offer training to pregnant and post-natal clients –
one of the best things for your pregnancy and your baby is for you to be
feeling fit and healthy…theres no better reason to get off the couch and come
along to a training session!
One-on-one personal training
If you have
a specific health and fitness goal, Bondi Bum will work with you to create a
training program specific to you. Starting with a one-on-one assessment, we
will then work together not only to reach your goal, but to give you the
passion to reach your goal. Progress will be assessed along the way to measure
your results and progress your program with results in mind. You’ll be reaching

Two-on-one personal training
Whats
that saying… ‘a problem shared is a problem halved’…? Well, if you’ve got a
friend, family member, girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband (you get the idea!)
who shares the same goal of wanting to get in shape and feel fit and health,

Corporate training
If the
idea of exercising with colleagues is your worst nightmare, don’t read any
further!
However,
if you work with likeminded people who are keen to keep fit or get into shape,

Distant training
If you’ve
got your own exercise regime but feel like you’re getting stuck for ideas or
maybe you feel like your regular exercise just isn’t enough to achieve that
last goal, drop me an email and Bondi Bum can provide a program designed
specifically for you. There is no commitment to a weekly training session and
