Before Bondi Bum, my expectations of a personal trainer were of a massive 8 foot bloke with muscles bigger than my head, shouting at me and expecting me to be able to drop and give him 50!!!! So I was presently surprised - and lets be honest, relieved – to find that the team at Bondi Bum look just like any other normal person…. well, more toned than most of us but that’s a good thing! My trainer has been instrumental in helping me to set – and achieve – realistic fitness, strength and lifestyle goals and has given me the confidence to continue to set my sights higher than I would have ever thought possible! You ROCK!
I have been working out for years and felt I was getting no real results and I was tired of doing the same workouts in a stuffy, over crowded gym. I thought it would be great to break up the monotony of my daily workouts and join Bondi Bum training sessions twice per week.
I enjoy the variation of each session and enjoy training with a great group of energetic people – plus we train in one of the most beautiful spots in Sydney!! Bondi Bum is fantastic at putting together exercise programs that cater for all fitness levels, and work both cardio and resistance…and I’m seeing great results! Thanks Bondi Bum
There are a lot of personal and group trainers in Sydney and then there is Bondi Bum! Bondi Bum provides an environment that makes training a great experience. There is always something different to look forward to in the morning and the team are extremely passionate and dedicated to making sure that each of us achieves our health and fitness goals.

I’ve been training with Bondi Bum twice a week for nearly 18 months now. It started as a way of getting me out of bed for the winter months , but I’m still going twice a week and still loving the great feeling I have as I watch the sun come up over Ben Buckler as we do arms of death!
Since kicking off our twice weekly training sessions with Bondi Bum I’ve seen a real improvement in my and Shell’s fitness levels. Each session has been different with our trainer coming up with new ways of pushing us, keeping us interested and helping us to achieve our goals.
In Bondi Bum we’ve managed to find a trainer who is committed, enthusiastic and professional…plus the banter and good humour makes getting out of bed at 5.30am twice a week that bit more bearable! Keep up the good work Bondi Bum!
Training outside, having a chat and the encouragement from all the crew in the mornings is one of the best starts to the day. I thoroughly enjoy Bondi Bum’s training style and can do attitude – it’s addictive. Thank you! Ps, I popped on some pants on the other day that I haven’t worn in 8 months and they were baggy! Getting closer to my goals by the week
The team at 303 has been training with Bondi Bum for over a year now and its great fun. We get to escape the office at lunchtime for an hour twice per week which has proved effective in not only getting us away from our desk for a healthy and much needed break, but I’ve also seen it help with staff productivity, office mood (there is as much energy in the afternoon as there is in the morning after a training session) and it is a great talking point the next day if there are a few aches and pains! I would recommend it to any company.

I started training with Bondi Bum three months ago and my energy levels have sky rocketed! I’ve noticed big changes in the distances I’ve been able to run and my ability to perform the workouts Bondi Bum creates. Em is an extremely enthusiastic trainer who ensures each and every session is fun yet challenging. Training outdoors enables me to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while training next to some beautiful backdrops. I most definitely recommend Bondi Bum, their motivation will get anyone off the couch and not only will Em become your trainer but will become your friend!
