Group training

Group training is high energy, challenging, fun, demanding, enjoyable…all at the same time!

With no session the same as the next, at Bondi Bum group training sessions you’ll get a mix of cardio and resistance work outs with everything from boxing to circuits, hill training to body weight training, sand sessions to kettlebells.

All group sessions are outdoors in some of Sydney’s most stunning locations…Bondi, Bronte, Tamarama, Surry Hills, Observatory Hill and Pyrmont…and open to all fitness levels.
