Specifically planned for speed, power and technique, interval training pushes you hard, but sees great results. You don’t have to be super fit to take part, you just need a little bit of passion to succeed at an event… and theres no bigger buzz than witnessing your hard training work pay off when you cross the finish line of the big race you had your sights set on.

I’m not to going lie… I dread interval training…just the nature of it is tough! But after each session, I feel fantastic…it’s a real sense of achievement.
Since joining interval training I’ve seen real results and they came quickly. Not only did the sessions accelerate my weight loss, but I am noticeably faster when I run, can run with greater endurance and recover a lot quicker than before.
I have just signed up for the next season.  With new race goals approaching, I would not consider a training plan that did not include Bondi Bum’s interval training sessions.
